Shenan Kernan - Closing Assistant
Shenan was born and raised in the Michigan area and moved to Wisconsin in 2008 due to meeting her husband. They have one son together. She also has two adult daughters and two grandchildren. She love spending time with my family, horse back riding, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
She previously worked in sales and healthcare and is very happy to be apart of the team here at Point Title.

Diana Nordlund - Manager
Diana was born in the Milwaukee area but grew up in Stevens Point, WI where she resides today with her husband Jay. She has two married children, Chelsey (Rick) and Nick (Liz) and a beautiful granddaughter! Diana started her professional career in the Public Accounting Industry; she then continued onto Property Management and was a Realtor for 16 years. Diana has been the manager of Point Title, LLC since early 2000. She's a licensed title agent and and assists with closings. Diana is in charge of Point Title's construction department. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to warm weather places and spending time with family and friends.
Nancy Rouse - Title Agent
Nancy was born and raised in Neenah and moved to Plover in 1997. Nancy worked for the Portage County Treasurer for 5 years and then moved into human resources at a local manufacturing company. She most recently worked in healthcare. Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling whenever possible.
Megan Kuckkahn - Title Agent/Closing Agent
Megan grew up in the Madison, WI area, moving to Stevens Point in high school. She has settled in Stevens Point after moving around where she shares her home with her son, Uriah. Megan started her professional career in the banking world and soon realized her passion for real estate. Megan has been with Point Title since 2016. She is now managing the title department, and assisting with closings. Megan enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends and of course the Badgers!
