Megan Kuckkahn - Manager
Megan grew up in the Madison, WI area, moving to Stevens Point while in high school. She has settled in Stevens Point after living in various cities throughout Wisconsin. Megan started her professional career in the banking world and soon realized her passion for real estate. Megan has been with Point Title since 2016. Megan is a licensed real estate title agent and will also assist with closings, since she started as a closing agent in that department. Megan enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends. She cheers on her son and others at numerous sporting events, and of course loves watching the Badgers and the Packers.
Nancy Rouse - Title Agent
Nancy was born and raised in Neenah and moved to Plover in 1997. Nancy worked for the Portage County Treasurer for 5 years and then moved into human resources at a local manufacturing company. She most recently worked in healthcare. Nancy is a full time licensed real estate title agent for the company since November of 2021. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling whenever possible.
Andrea Flugaur - Closing Agent

Andrea began her career with Point Title in August of 2021, first as a closing assistant and now as the lead closing agent. She resides in Rosholt with her daughter.

Kellie is a lifelong resident of the Stevens Point area, currently residing in Plover with her husband Todd. She has 3 daughters and 2 step-daughters. Kellie has spent most of her professional career in Customer Service. She was an account manager for 7 years and before that spent 15 years in the Real Estate world. Kellie is currently in charge of the Point Title Construction Department. In her spare time, Kellie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching the Green Bay Packers!
